This will maximize the heating and cooling efficiency of its homes. Bill Lake has been the leader in construction of energy efficient homes for over 43 years and as new technology is available Bill Lake Modular Homes will continue being on the cutting edge of bringing higher standards to their customers.

In the imminent future Bill Lake Modular Homes will make available the upgrade using THE BLOWER DOOR TEST and THERMOGRAPHIC SCANNING TEST to past customers.
