The Home Inspection

A thorough home inspection is an opportunity for a prospective buyer or a seller to get unbiased, and accurate information about the condition of a house or building in order to easily complete a transaction.

Our Home Inspectors conduct a thorough visual and photo investigation of the structure, inspect architectural features, check the operation of all the major mechanical systems and appliances and provide you with a thorough digital photo report of any existing conditions in that structure.

Feel free to come to the house at the time of the inspection, ask questions and review the inspection report with the home inspector. All Home Inspections are conducted by licensed inspectors and are in accordance with the guidelines of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
